[CLC-Discussion] Pardon the interruption--EXPERT NEEDED

Looking for an expert in the Davenport, FL area to inspect a single-family home built by the client/developer.  Owner is alleging bathroom pluming leaks, defective cabinetry work, and flooring defects (or possibly that water from the leaks is requiring floor replacement), among other miscellaneous issues.  Home built around 5 years ago.

Need someone to look at the issues and alleged damages and document conditions, and provide general feedback from the inspection to determine whether issues are the result of Owner mis-use/abuse, lack of maintenance, or legitimate construction defects,  construction and whether the damages complained of directly related to the alleged defects.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
