is requiring floor replacement), among other miscellaneous issues. Home built around 5 years ago.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Need someone to look at the issues and alleged damages and document conditions, and provide general feedback from the inspection to determine whether issues are the result of Owner mis-use/abuse, lack of maintenance, or legitimate construction
