This sounds like the dissident folks from Waterman’s Buffs; if so, several
of them have already retained legal counsel and filed suit against the real
estate broker, but were not successful getting elected to the HOA board at
the recent turnover meeting..

Several residents of a fairly new higher end residential development are
very unhappy with the quality of their homes and want to band together to
sue the builder/developer.  I am not actively litigating any more.  Anyone
interested?
