[CLC-Discussion] Third-Party Liens

[RPPTL CLC-Discussion]

As an update to a discussion we had over the summer regarding liens prepared out of state and signed by nonlawyers, I received the attached Order discharging one such lien today. The Court goes into detail how the lien fails to meet the basic requirements of § 713.08, including the lack of personal knowledge by the so called agent, and constitutes the unlicensed practice of law.
