Rough load calculation?

Water is ~62.43 pounds per cubic foot

Balcony looks roughly 20'x4' with a depth of 2.5 feet, so that's ~13,657 pounds of just water on that balcony (plus the kid). I'm sure it's perfectly safe. I'm sure the lateral loads on the railings are perfectly safe too....

In search of recommendations for a high-end residential swimming pool contractor expert. The issue is improper soils that were used for backfilling around the pool shell and deck and improper compaction of same leading to failures.

Any insight/recommendations would be appreciated.
