The BCN program was excellent in the 80's. When I was in the BCN school the construction law class was taught by a judge that I believe was  named Chester Chance. He would be very old today so it is likely that he is not teaching it at present. I also taught Construction Lien Law as a guest at the Rinker School of Building Construction about  20 years ago.
