Dear Fellow CLC Members:

I am writing to inform you I am returning from the bench to private
practice. Beginning January 4th, I will join Ansbacher Law and chair the
firm’s St. Augustine-based Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
My practice will be focused on serving as an ADR neutral throughout the
State of Florida. In addition to offering mediation and arbitration
services, I will be accepting matters as a private trial resolution judge
pursuant to Section 44.104, Fla. Stat. If you are interested in scheduling
a mediation, arbitration or having me serve as a trial resolution judge for
your matter, please contact Trish Daniels (*Tad at ansbacherlaw.net*;
904-737-4600 ext. 128).

With respect and appreciation,

Bryan R. Rendzio, Esq.
