[CLC-Discussion] Need ADA Consultant in Pinellas County

Need recommendations for an ADA Compliance consultant to evaluate an existing one-story approx. 4000 sq.ft. professional office building and parking lot located in Largo (Pinellas County).  Work would be on behalf of a prospective purchaser of the building.  Currently on day 6 of 30 day due diligence period.  Would also need a quote on developing a remediation plan that could in turn be given to a GC to estimate the required work.
