Is there anyone still there on this late Friday August afternoon?

 

Does anyone have any experience litigating claims on subcontract payment
bonds on federal projects in the state of Florida?  

 

Can the action be brought in state court, as opposed to federal court?

 

Is the claim governed by state or federal substantive law?
