[CLC-Discussion] Lien after reduction in contract price

If a subcontractor, at the end of the job, agrees with the general contractor to reduce the final payment for the purpose of closing out the project and then the general contractor thereafter refuses to make the final payment, any thoughts on whether the sub can lien the property for the full amount of the labor, services and materials?
