Speaking of pools,  I have a case where I need a good forensic pool engineer who can examine a large commercial pool and determine why it is exhibiting early failure.  The project is in South Florida, but anyone in the Southeast who the group would recommend would be great. Thanks, Mike

I know there have been a lot of posts regarding unlicensed contractors. Does a pool contractor have to have a pool contractor specialty license if all they do is pool remodels that do not require a permit (i.e. resurface or new tile).
