[CLC-Discussion] Licensure requirement

Assuming the "new tile" work constitutes "interior finishes" then a license would appear to be required under Ch. 489.  See s. 489.105(3)(j) and(k).

I know there have been a lot of posts regarding unlicensed contractors. Does a pool contractor have to have a pool contractor specialty license if all they do is pool remodels that do not require a permit (i.e. resurface or new tile).
