A contractor is involved in a job with flooring issues caused by a sub. The floor needs to be evaluated, removed and replaced so that the construction can continue. Does anyone have suggestions for preserving the claims despite removal of the floor before resolution. Also, need a flooring expert who can examine the floor for potential defects/breach of contract claims?

If you have any suggestions, please email me directly at tracye at solovelawfirm.com<mailto:tracye at solovelawfirm.com>. Thanks,
