[CLC-Discussion] Need Law Firm Referral for Entering China Marketplace

Fellow CLC Members:

I represent a client looking to open a division (or entirely new company) in China. Can someone refer me to a law firm (and hopefully attorney) experienced in getting American companies approved to conduct business in China. My preference (cake and eat it too) is an international firm with locations in both the US and China.
