I am not sure if you received the email below about the upcoming Bench & Bar Convention being held by the Broward County Bar Association on October 18, 2013, but I wanted to let you know about two e-discovery courses that I am participating in during the convention.
 
The first is my traditional e-discovery rules update, which will outline the e-discovery amendments to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and give practice points for each.  If you haven't been to one of my e-discovery rule update seminars in the past (or if you enjoyed it so much that you want to attend another one), please consider coming to the convention and registering for this course.  The second is a panel discussion on emerging e-discovery issues, which will include an audience-interactive Q&A session on topics such as legal holds, defensible search, search/culling/production, hosted software solutions, and more.  The panel will include members from both the bar and the judiciary, and is an event you don't want to miss.
