[CLC-Discussion] Expert needed

All,
 
I am in search of a civil engineering expert who specializes in transportation, traffic, and traffic lighting work.  Specifically, engineering for traffic signals and lighting design as well as the construction coordination, shop drawing review, and response to requests for information (RFIs) associated with the construction of such projects.  Central Floridalocale preferred but not mandatory. 
 
Any recommendations?
