All:

We have a client who has entered into a settlement agreement with a
federal agency over an alleged violation of the Buy America Act.  As
part of the settlement agreement, the client needs to hire an
independent attorney to monitor ethics and compliance with federal
contracting requirements.  Does anyone have experience with this, or can
anyone recommend someone with such experience?
