Tried posting this in the solo and small practice group but didn’t get many responses.  <span style="text-transform: none;">A former client of mine is looking for a referral for a friend who recently purchased a triplex located in West Seattle near Alki.  The
 day after closing, </span>one of the tenants flooded one of the units, making the<span style="text-transform: none;"> unit unlivable.  New </span>LL<span style="text-transform: none;"> wants to speak to an attorney who can help her evaluate whether she is
 within her rights to terminate the lease, evict the tenant, and collect damages.  This is not in my wheelhouse.  I’d like to send her a few names.  </span>Who does this type of work?</div>
