changer. The fact the girl wants to play should be encouraged and this day and age there doesn’t have to be collateral ear damage.</span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">I might suggest offering assistance in obtaining a drum riser or isolation pad. These can be purchased for a few hundred to a few thousand dollars (likely cheaper than an attorney) and can support young artists while getting some much
needed peace and quiet. (I have a drummer upstairs as well, so I do understand)</p>

Listmates, I have a client that lives in a condo and is home all day. The upstairs neighbor has decided that their daughter is the worlds next drum super star and bought her an entire kit. Practice starts at 8 AM and continues off and on until 8 PM or
later. My client is climbing the wall but I have not researched how annoying your neighbor can be before triggering a cause of action. The HOA board and management is worthless. Thoughts?<br>
