If you processed the recording of the deed without utilizing a service, such as a complany requested by you to do an electronic recording as a service, and if you paid the recording fee (that would be more $), there is no other charge that requests subsequent
payment that I have heard about. There are across the country quite a few legitimate title companies that use that name. I don't know of one in WA.</div>
