<p class="MsoNormal">I never heard of proof.com but there are many Remote online Notaries (RON) in places like Florida, Virginia, and Tennessee. I have had deeds recorded that were notarized by a RON in Washington State.

<p class="MsoNormal">It’s the full faith and credit clause that operates here, and as long as the document was validly notarized by an out of state notary, they will accept it.<o:p></o:p></p>
