I am interested in attending and trying to make it work, but honestly,<br>
since I just started my own practice (after being with a firm for 22<br>
years), the costs of travel, stay and entry are adding up quickly. I did<br>
not see an option to purchase materials afterwards and perhaps there isn't<br>
one but I thought I'd ask. I know it is totally worth the investment, I'm<br>
just having to make some tough choices.<br>

I also noticed that Portland's Intl. airport is about 10 miles from<br>
Vancouver WA. Do you have any insights into that airport if you have ever<br>
used it?<br>
