<span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A PC real estate agent borrowed approximately $14,000 from a New York lender that finances home-related expenses pending closing. PC apparently required two extensions, which were supposed
to cost $800 each. According to PC, the lender then filed a UCC against her commission and ultimately took approximately $31,000 from her commission proceeds. PC states that all communications and agreements are documented and in writing.</span></p>
