have changed) is that the automatic stay stops EVERYTHING involving the party and their assets. This would include a foreclosure auction. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

2023 taxes were not paid but 2024 and 2025 taxes were paid. Normal sad story of him in hospice and her disabled. My dumb question is if a bankruptcy would slam the brakes on this sale? Seems like it would but the government has so many exceptions where
