<p class="MsoNormal">Probate open, PR, nonintervention powers, PR had 2 real estate agents complete a listing evaluation of the property, and the property has significant lien by DSHS in former deceased husband/dad name and mortgage in both H&W name that are
deceased. I represent the PR for the wife/mom that is deceased. The estate is not solvent, and the mortgage company is moving to non-judicial foreclosure. The mortgage company sent a letter of the mortgage default and non-judicial foreclosure but there is
no money in the estate after examination of accounts. Also, no creditor liens have been filed estate open for over 4 months. NTC was sent to newspaper and filed. What should I do with the estate? Do I need to file pleading with court?
