<p class="MsoNormal">I am not sure I know the answer to your question, but believe that adding daughter to title would sever the joint tenancy. Depending on what exactly they are trying to accomplish, I would consider if adding daughter to title to simply indicate
H&W a married couple as to 2/3 and daughter as to 1/3, then have a community property agreement that provides for at least this property to be community property and pass to the survivor.
