them all in a single Personal Representative’s Deed (and pay one recording fee)? Or will they require me to transfer them in 4 separate Personal Representative’s Deeds (and pay four separate recording fees). I would think I could handle this in a single
deed, but would be interested in hearing about any experiences dealing with the Pierce County Auditor’s Office on this subject.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
