Although not applicable, it would mean, to me, that your client had acted reasonably.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"> There is really nothing in the RCWs dealing with abandoned personal property. It mostly deals with intangibles. There are a number of cases and it really boils down to if there is an intent to abandon. That is also why the notice helps if they do not respond. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I think the value of the items can be relevant.
