<p class="MsoNormal">Listmates. Having done occasional DOT foreclosures over the last 40 years I have always held the sale on the courthouse steps, 10 AM on a Friday. This process was recently called into question and for the life of me I cannot find the
statutory process for the sale that requires and specific location, day of the week or time, just the expiration of the 120 days from Notice of Default. Guidance to the proper section would be appreciated. I have a feeling that I missed a reference to another
