The financial broker refuses to release the funds to the PC until the court appoints him successor custodian pursuant to the UTMA. The PC wants to transfer the funds to another account or financial institution. </font></div><div style=""><font size="2"><br></font></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style=""><font size="2">I found a general template in RCW 11.114.180(4). However, its seems there should be more.
