<p class="v1MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #002060;">A Trust owns a cabin on Lake Cushman.  The real property on which the cabin sits is owned by the City of Tacoma and administered by the Lake Cushman Company.  The Trust leases the property through Lake Cushman Company.  The Trust was assigned this lease by the use of a Quitclaim Deed, which described the subject property being conveyed as a leasehold interest.  </span></p>
