The CLERK'S OFFICE routinely handles the process of recording the judgment.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Courier New""><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">On occasion, the Clerk's office might overlook a judgment. If you don't double check and figure out that the judgment didn't get recorded, then the real property that is ordinarily
liened can be sold without a satisfaction of the judgment. That doesn't happen that often.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Courier New""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
