<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">On occasion, the Clerk's office might overlook a judgment. If you don't double check and figure out that the judgment didn't get recorded, then the real property that is ordinarily liened can be sold without a satisfaction of the judgment. That doesn't happen that often.</span></div>
