so, I called Snohomish County and was told that "the Department of Revenue told us they wanted that." The representative gave me no indication as to how we, as practitioners, should know about that "requirement." The representative said that we should enter
the TCA underneath the parcel number or as an additional code in Block 5.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
