<p class="MsoNormal">Client divided Parcel A with a short plat into parcel 1 and parcel 2. There’s a loan on the property secured by deed of trust. client gifted parcel 2 to daughter. Client has been in contact with mortgage lender to release parcel 2 from
the mortgage. Mortgage lender needs a Partial Release of Mortgage drafted (or whatever it’s called in WA), that is ready to sign and record. <o:p></o:p></p>
