<p class="MsoNormal">Attorney dies. His office building is in the name of his PLLC that included his law practice. Daughter, and sole heir, is Personal Representative with non-intervention powers. She is not a lawyer so cannot be a member of the PLLC. Can
she, as PR, used RCW 11.48 to transfer the property to herself? Do I need a Court order? I guess she could dissolve the PLLC as PR. Never done this before. Any thoughts?<o:p></o:p></p>
