<p class="MsoNormal">Listmates. I have a potential client looking for assistance in Pierce County although it sounds like a zoom appearance may be possible. Short facts- Contractor enters contract for roofing and a second contract for framing. Workmanship
is terrible and contractor walks away with about 35k of client money. Client decides to go to small claims and brings 2 actions one on each contract for 10k each. Court decides to consolidate the claims and awards him a total of 10k. Contractor appeals
to Pierce County Superior Court but files 2 days late. Client now decides they should have an attorney. Anyone with experience dealing with small claims appeals? Self referrals welcome. Thanks, Craig
