For national banking associations, I send a legal styled letter to their agent for process, and usually their legal departments acquire the letter and are pretty helpful.

<p class="MsoNormal">Chase Bank purchased Washington Mutual (during the big 2008 implosion, I think). I’m trying to get them to recognize that an old WA MU loan on a mobile home was paid off. I have some documents I can show them to establish it.<o:p></o:p></p>
