<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Part of the agreement is to allow an occupant to remain in an Estate property (yes, paying a rental fee, utilities and getting renters insurance) with a drop-dead date for move out. They are
willing to sign a consent judgment for eviction with a covenant not to execute unless they breach by staying after the date. I have been part of these from my old days as an insurance coverage attorney but never in the context of eviction. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

to contact the sheriff and have her removed after the date certain without the need to go to Court and go through an entire process at that later date. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
