<p class="MsoNormal">I’m assuming RLTA doesn’t apply to Air Bnbs? Has someone here done Air Bnb evictions before? How does it normally go? This particular Air Bnb also doesn’t neatly fit into the exempt definition of RCW 59.18.040 as RCW 19.48.010 requires
a minimum of three rooms to be rented out to transients, and this happens to be just one bed/one bath Air Bnb.<o:p></o:p></p>
