as 12345, the tax parcel number of Client's property. Upon discovery, Client's neighbor records a corrected deed that shows the proper tax parcel number of 12349. End of story? Not really.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

Client’s property was to the third party. This leads some who do not know any better to conclude that the third party owns Client’s property. It also results in the tax bill being sent to the Client's address but in the name of the third party.

both the incorrect and the correct parcel numbers on the cover sheet and on the REETA so that the tax records show the rerecorded deed.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
