vacant lot.” PC further reports: “</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black">I have called the City of Westport and talked to the clerk; she said that there are two ways we can acquire the land. </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;mso-ligatures:standardcontextual"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
