<p class="MsoNormal">PC is looking for an attorney to file a quiet title action against the City of Westport to: <span style="color:black">to acquire the parcel of land abutting our recently purchased vacant lot. PC further reports: </span><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">I
have called the City of Westport and talked to the clerk; she said that there are two ways we can acquire the land. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

This means if a neighbor wants access, we have to give them access. <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;mso-ligatures:none">We want to move quickly on this matter because I recently found out that the neighbor to the west of our land wants to use our section of the street as his driveway. This neighbor wants to use
the section of the street we are seeking to acquire as his driveway. I don't think this is fair and I want to move quickly to make sure the neighbor doesn't file something before us.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
