a deed and thereby defeating third party’s claim against title?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In 1994, Sellers were Grantees under a Statutory Warranty Deed that contained parcels 1 and 2. Fast forward to present day, like in the movies, Sellers on the eve of closing, are told by title co. that parcel 2 was erroneously attached
to their 1994 deed, and that Seller needs to re-record the 1994 deed to remove parcel 2. Can that be done? The Grantors of the 1994 deed are dead. Any thoughts?<o:p></o:p></p>
