<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Yeah, King County gets pretty ridiculous about deed-excise affidavit mirroring.  I recently had a deed rejected twice because I didn’t appreciate the extraordinary difference
 between “Jane Smith, who acquired title as Jane Jones” on the deed and “Jane Smith, formerly known as Jane Jones” on the affidavit.
