I have are as follows:<o:p></o:p></p>

On May 19</span></span><sup><span style="color:black;background:white">th</span></sup><span class="xcontentpasted01"><span style="color:black;background:white">,
the case schedule is to be set on the foreclosure on my home. [The contractor] was not honest regarding charges, they doubled charged for materials and charged for work not performed. I have documentation proving such allegations. If this does go to trial,
I do plan on countersuing [the contractor]. I am seeking council to assist me with this matter.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
