It’s a small parcel, very steep, and is landlocked. Nobody will buy it because of the lack of access. It’s assessed at a couple thousand dollars.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>My client just wants rid of it, so his plan is to stop paying the taxes and let the County sell it.
