<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(0,32,96)">Child desires that the real property ultimately be conveyed into Child's trust. Can this be done in a single transaction (trust to Child's trust) or does the real property have to first be transferred to Child
and then from Child into Child's trust?<u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(0,32,96)">Just trying to streamline the process, that's all.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
