<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="color:#002060">Please confirm that I can serve Bank of America by service on a branch manager. Also, how should Bank of America be described in the complaint (e.g., a foreign corporation, a foreign
banking institution, etc.)? Finally, would the correct Defendant name actually be "Bank of America, NA"?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
