PC sent me this"1/28/23 Agreement between party 1 & party 2 For Development infrastructure of his land and mine It is agreed that Party 1 will cover all costs associated with the following Surveying, Permitting, Civil engineering,Legal, and recording for any

 and all easements through my property for a four inch ductile iron water main. The water main will need to be sized and approved to serve his two lots and my 3 lots with stubs to them. It is understood that an access or maintenance road will need to be developed.

 The type, size, and location will need to be determined and approved by Party 2. Party 1 is providing a new 20 foot wide road for the access to my current house on my property in place of the existing one which is to be abandoned by me upon the new road completion

 The new 20 foot wide road will be constructed in accordance with the Rural half road requirements per Figure 2-010 of King county or whatever is required for Party 2’s short plat. Party 1 is providing permanent power for his 2 lots as well as my existing residence

 and future short plat. Party 1 will be installing any low voltage for communication that may be available as well as power Hollis is willing to assist as operator for any trenching and backfilling at no charge but will not do any road work. Party 1 will provide

 the machinery needed to do the trenching With regards to asphalting any road surfaces. Party 1 has stated that he will eventually asphalt part of the road to his property. The size and scope of that work still needs to be established and agreed upon. Any and

 all other easements that may run through my property still need to be negotiated."<br>
